So sorry to hear of Sydney's passing. So many good memories of times shared with friends, snowmobiles, and winters at the cottage. I will always cherish that we had that with you Freda and Sid in our salad days. He was a good sport, even through the cold frosty rides we took with the gang. - Posted by: Lillian (Fetterly) Lingies (Friend) on: Jun 04, 2015

What sad news, Sid was so easy to work for. A true gentleman. We spent many nights together, making baskets and trays for the holiday rush. At times, when it was so cold and my car froze up, Sid would sit and wait til midnight with me, till I was on my way. Not to mention, feed me also, with what we could find in the fridge. Like his yummy homemade dill pickles to start with. We shared many good laughs, jokes and great stories like when he was on the farm in stonewall with Molly and his mom and dad. Of course, I heard the stories when Sid took Freda and the boys skidoeng with Nick Hill and his family. It sounded like they had a ball. Sid was a special friend and I will miss him dearly. Our sincerest and most heartfelt condolences to Freda, Brian, Sheldon, Molly and family. - Posted by: Frank,Margie Wrobel and Family (Friend) on: Jun 04, 2015

Sid was a true gentleman and friend. From giving the toast to the bride and helping myself out starting my business. We had many lunches that I always looked forward to gaining some business knowledge. Sid always carried himself with dignity and class rest in peace - Posted by: Laurie and archie gagnon (friends ds) on: Jun 04, 2015
