Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES (JIM) MCDONALD May 24, 1949 - June 7, 2015 James (Jim) David McDonald, age 66, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 7, 2015 after a long courageous battle. Jim was predeceased by his parents Douglas and Christine McDonald. Jim is survived by his loving wife Teena, his dog Chrissie, his brother Doug McDonald, his sons Jamie, Kelly, Neil and his wife Tracy, and many, many, many friends. Jim and the love of his life Teena were married for 34 years. Jim was rough and rugged on the outside and had a heart of gold on the inside. Jim had never met a stranger and always left a lasting impression with anybody that he met. Jim will be sorely missed but never forgotten. At Jim's request, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Calgary Health Trust, Ventricular Assist Device Mechanical Support Program, Education, 1403-29th St. NW, Calgary, AB T2N 2T9, or your local SPCA.
