DIMIAN DAN MARTIN Dimian Dan Martin, born January 18, 1935, passed away June 28, 2015. He was predeceased by his parents Roman and Jenny Martin of Dahinda, SK, his sisters Anne of Long Beach, CA and Carol of Calgary, AB. He is survived by his loving wife Marilynne and two sons, Robert (Brigitt) and their children Zena and Roman of Burnsville, MN, and Richard of Winnipeg, MB. Dan attended Dahinda School #2666, Notre Dame at Wilcox, Central Collegiate in Moose Jaw, SK, and Royal Roads in Victoria, BC. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a BA/BEd. Dan and Marilynne spent five years training teachers in Uganda for CIDA at Busuubizi College. On return to Canada he joined Canada Post and retired as Director of Human Resources for the Western Region. During the 20 years of his retirement they spent six months at the farm that was homesteaded by his father in 1908 and six months in Weslaco, TX at Trails End. Flowers gratefully declined.
