STELLA JAMES (nee MYSKIW) Peacefully on July 8, 2015, Stella passed away at the age of 84 years. Stella is survived by her children, Cheryl (Richard) of Kanata, ON, Randy (Donna) of Winnipeg and Roxanne (Neil) of Kemptville, ON. She also leaves to mourn, grandchildren Kristy (Rob), Michael, Sarah, Heather, and James; three great-grandchildren, Gracie, Sadie and Maggie; sisters, Mary (Frank), Irene (Dennis) and Jeanette (Robert), and sisters-in-law, Dorothy and Eileen. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Robert; sister, Evelyn, and brothers, Fred and William. Born in Fraserwood, MB in 1930, Stella and Bob settled in Winnipeg. With a strong emphasis on family, Stella also managed several jobs, retiring from ScotiaBank. As a Charter Member of 17 Wing Golf Club, she enjoyed many rounds of golf and socializing at the club. Alzheimer's disease struck, and she was moved to Golden West Centennial Lodge. The family would like to express their sincere thank you to the staff and volunteers of Golden West for their care and compassion over the past years.
