We wish to extend our very sincere condolences to Rudy, Norma, their children, grandchildren & all the relatives in Canada & El Salvador of their Sweet, Beautiful Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Auntie. Upon meeting her, you knew she was a Diamond or a Jewel of a Lady, as she cared for the entire family members. Mrs. Villegas made Winnipeg's best Salvadorian Foods which required many trips to speciality stores to purchase all the exact ingredients for her recipes.
