It's with sad hearts that we offer our deep and sincere condolences to Wray's family. Not only was "Smitty" a dear long time friend of our son Scott, but Wray was also a good friend of our daughter Jess before her sudden passing last November. Wray lit up the room every time he walked through our front door. His warm, friendly eyes, his infectious smile and his everyday kind nature will be remembered by our family. Rest in peace dear Wray. You were an incredible gift to all who knew you. Xo - Posted by: Wendy Mahoney (Friends of Wray) on: Oct 02, 2015

Wray "Smitty" was very close to my sons Jordan and Devin Barnes. When ever he was over, he was always smiling. A twinkle in his eye. He used to give me advice on money investments. Being a working single Mom of 3 children, I used to laugh and say to him, I have no spare change at the moment honey but.... when I do, we will rehash this conversation. Our hearts are broken. We are devastated for such a caring, sweet soul to have passed on far too early. Our hearts ache for his family. We were blessed to have him in our lives even though it was only a short time. God speed Wray. Now you are flying with the angels..... - Posted by: Carin Donaldson-Barnes (Very close friends of the family) on: Sep 27, 2015
