Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBENEDICTO T. OBCENA It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Benedicto Tabian Obcena. He departed us on September 27, 2015. Ben was born on December 28, 1939 in Paniqui, Tarlac, Philippines. He immigrated to Winnipeg in 1992. He loved to talk to people and enjoyed listening to music. He was predeceased by his parents, his son Socrates, his younger brother, and sister Edang. Left to mourn his passing is his wife Milagros, his children Chris, Gigi, Malou, Brandon and Hanah and their spouses. He is also survived by his brothers Tano and Gemong, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many relatives in Canada, the United States and the Philippines. In keeping with Ben's wishes cremation will be taking place. A service will be held on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at Thomson "In The Park" Funeral Home.
