Dawnna was the most fun loving positive person I ever met. I consider myself very fortunate to be touched and forever changed by her influence and friendship. She alway told me when you are handed a bunch of lemons you make the best darn lemonade possible! Miss you - Posted by: Dolores Stephen (Friend) on: Oct 26, 2015

I met Dawnna when she was a student in the Psychiatric Nursing Program at Manitoba Developmental Centre, Portage la Prairie MB. I was able to be with her for the the birth of Tereyn. With my family we were able to continue as adopted grandparents etc and continued to see Tereyn, celebrating her Birthdays and Graduation from High School. I was proud of Dawnna and her determination to be a good mum to Tereyn. She will be missed - Posted by: Fay Malabar (Longtime friend) on: Oct 10, 2015
