ISOBEL MCKENZIE September 21, 1915 - March 22, 2016 Born in Forfar, Scotland, September 21, 1915, to David and Margaret McKenzie. Soon after the family moved to Winnipeg where she spent her remaining years. Predeceased by her parents; siblings - Russ, Irene, Marion, Bill and Elanor; nieces Janice Paice, Charlene Polson; and nephew David McKenzie. Left to mourn her passing are nieces Susan (Jim) and Marilyn (Jim) who were with her until the end of her journey. She will also be sadly missed by many other nieces, nephews and friends. Isobel worked for many years at CNR and made numerous friends of which she kept in contact with over the years. Travel was her passion and made many trips to Scotland to visit family and to many other countries. Thank you to the staff at Kildonan House. Also to Concordia Hospital for their care and compassion. A special thank you to River East Personal Care Home for the excellent care given to Auntie on her short stay. Interment will take place and family reception to follow at a later date. You are with your Angels and fur babies now Sweet Lady. Love you.
