JOHN H. NEUFELD March 27, 1938 - April 4, 2016 It is with great sadness and sorrow that we would like to announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, who died peacefully in his sleep as he was called to meet our Lord on Monday, April 4, 2016 at Charleswood Care Centre. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his children Valerie, Debbie (Kelley), Les, Karen, and grandchildren, Samara, Danae, Callen, Dawson, Braeden, Dina, and Joshua whom he dearly loved. John enjoyed his job at Winnipeg Hydro until his retirement. He enjoyed long drives in the country, and late night walks for ice cream and donuts. He was an avid Saskatchewan Roughrider fan, and also enjoyed ping pong, croquet and just time spending with family and friends. His greatest joy was spending time and playing with his grandchildren. Our family would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Charleswood Care Centre for their friendship and caring for John in the last few years of his life. A celebration of John's life will be held at North Kildonan Mennonite Brethren Church, 1315 Gateway Rd. at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 8.
