NOREEN FRANCES HOPPER (nee GARVEY) After a lengthy illness, it is with deep regret that we announce the death of Noreen Hopper on Sunday, April 10, 2016 in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 92 years. Noreen leaves behind her surviving spouse and true love, beloved husband of 67 years, Bob Hopper; daughter, Marsha; son Allen; grandchildren, Shayle, Ryan and Kristi; three great-grandchildren, Kaysa, Kallie and Aveah along with many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Noreen was a Second World War Veteran with a high spirited, well-known love for the game of golf in which she won several Championships. Her name and awards remain and can be seen in the halls of fame in Assiniboine Golf Club. A celebration of Noreen's life will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Rick and Marsha Hickman's, 7 Fitzgerald Crescent, Winnipeg, MB. Special thank-yous to Nonne and Johnny Garvey.
