Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARYANN MALVINA SCOTT February 24, 1941 - April 22, 2016 It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of our loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Maryann on April 22, 2016 in Winnipeg at the age of 75 years. Maryann is survived by daughters, Muriel (Peter), Zelma (Clay), Karen (Roy), Sharon (Lawrence), Delilah (Kevin), and Yvette (Bronson); sons, Lindsey, Elmer, Cornilius, Larry, and Bradley, 67 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Maryann is further survived by four sisters, Josephine, Anna, Cecelia, Wilma, and one brother, Peter. Maryann was predeceased by her partner, Joseph; one son Ellice; parents, Jacob and Theodora; and five brothers, Isaac, William, Frederick, Wallace and baby brother Fabian. Numerous times Maryann kept her grandkids and had foster children as well. She really enjoyed children and had a big heart for everyone, Joanne/Byron, Madeline/Geoffrey, Scott, Twanette/Justice, Daisy-Corey, Tessa, Taralyn, Kelsey Jr. Special thanks to the staff at the Victoria Hospital and Seven Oaks Hospital where she left everybody. Maryann was a hard worker and enjoyed her work, she worked as a School Board Member, Welfare Worker, she was a Band Councillor for four years and worked for Southeast Child and Family for many years. She sat as a board member and retired in 2014. Maryann made so many friends. Pallbearers will be Larry Scott, Ryan Boulanger, Cornilius Scott, Neil Skye, Bradley Scott, and Mark Young Honorary Pallbearers will be Muriel, Zelma, Karen, Sharon, Delilah, Yvette, Madeline, Twanette, Mckayla, Tessa, Daisy, Allison and sisters. Wake Service will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, April 27 and 28, 2016 at Bloodvein Band Hall. Funeral Service will be on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Bloodvein Band Hall with Fr.
