RENE EPHREM JOSEPH NAULT It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Rene Ephrem Joseph Nault on May 16, 2016 at St. Boniface Hospital. Rene was predeceased by his wife Gwen, mother-in-law Retta, father Delphin, mother Lea, and siblings Doris and Jules. Rene has three children Debbie (Blake), Danny (Liz), Darryl (Pam), three grandchildren Renee, Chantel, Courtney, and one great-grandchild Jayce. Rene came from a large family of 10 siblings, as well as many nieces and nephews. Rene worked as a welder and owned his own business until his retirement. He continued to be a member with his union Local 254. In his leisure time Rene enjoyed bowling and archery with St. Sebastian Archery Club, he also enjoyed fishing and hunting with many friends. In keeping with Rene's wishes a celebration of his life will be held at the Belgium Club, 407 Provencher Blvd., June 5, 2016 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
