SHIRLEY ANN TAYLOR (nee STEVENS) Shirley Ann Taylor (nee Stevens) of Ottawa. Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, October 9, 1932. Beloved wife of Frank William Taylor, formerly of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Daughter of the late Charles Henry and Lois Elda (Brown) Stevens. Together, the Taylors have enjoyed a life of music, dance, theatre and travel from home bases in Winnipeg, Los Angeles, London (Ontario), Toronto and Ottawa. In each city, as well as Regina, they have been blessed by the love and care of good friends, in addition to their families. Professionally, Shirley specialized in communications ranging from radio, TV and advertising agencies to public and media relations and public affairs. Following her retirement, she was actively involved in a variety of volunteer activities at All Saints' Anglican Church Westboro where she faithfully and diligently led events and lent her expertise to numerous efforts. She was also a freelance writer. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 8 at 10:30 a.m. at All Saints' Anglican Church, Westboro, 347 Richmond Road near Churchill Avenue in Ottawa. A reception will follow the service in the Church Hall.
