Remembering Erna with fondness. Erna was a wonderful neighbour. We miss the backyard and front porch chats. And the shenanigans with the other neighbours and the gals on the Panthers Baseball Team. We had so much fun. Erna was like family. She was always there for us. She was a big part of our life and she will be missed. - Posted by: Ken and Eileen Batt (Friend and neighbour) on: Feb 28, 2017

I have many great memories of playing softball with Erna. She was a cherished member of our team. She opened her home to our group during baseball tournaments in Transcona. Thanks Erna for the good food and fun times. God speed. - Posted by: Cathy () on: Feb 13, 2017

So very sad to hear about my dear friend's passing. Erna was an amazingly strong woman, funny, witty and a true example of how to live life to the fullest. Erna was the spark in whatever she chose to do. She often spoke of her family and friends with great pride and joy. She will be dearly missed. My sincere condolences to Diane, Glen and family. - Posted by: Faye Marcynuk (Friend) on: Feb 08, 2017

Dear Diane and Glen, we are thinking about you both today. We have fond memories of your mom. She was a determined, strong woman. You have provided so much support to her these past years and should feel proud of what good, kind children you have been. She really had a full 95 years. Take care. Love Allen and Joan. - Posted by: Allen and Joan Saunderson (Friends) on: Feb 07, 2017
