SHARON GAIL BOLDT February 28, 1957 - May 17, 2017 Sharon, beloved wife of Edward, passed away peacefully at home Wednesday morning, in Edward's arms. She leaves her husband Edward, their son Eric (Angie) and grandsons, Brandon, Kyle, Eric and granddaughters, Amanda, Melissa, Lauren, daughter Valerie (Dave) and grandson Zachary and granddaughter Gloria, daughter Beverley (Jonathan) and granddaughter Ivy, sisters, Colleen (Tony), Heather (Don), Cheryl, brothers, Tim (Joanne), Lloyd (Deborah), Wayne (Suzanne), her father Jerry Schoeneweis, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Alberta, biological father Frank Abrey, brother Les and sisters-in-law, Ila and Judy, infant granddaughter Abigail, and niece Melanie. Sharon ran a licensed family daycare in her home for 34 years until illness forced her to retire. She helped provide hundreds of children with a good start in life, and she always saw only the goodness and inner beauty of almost everyone. Her family wants to thank the many professionals and friends who helped Sharon to enjoy an extra 10 years of a good life after her first cancer diagnosis nearly 10 years ago, and when the end was near to have a good death. Flowers are gratefully declined. If friends wish, please consider a gift to CancerCare Manitoba or any charity of your choice. We all miss her so much, but now her suffering is over, and one day we will meet again. Visitation is 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, May 21, 2017, and memorial service is at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at Bardal Funeral Home. • So sorry to hear of Sharon's passing. We didn't know her well but she made a lasting impression on us. I was very appreciative of her encouraging words when I had my cancer scare last year. She was a very strong woman and we will miss her visits to our store. - Posted by: Ken & Wendy Loney - Local Meats & Frozen Treats (Aquaintance) on: Jun 10, 2017
