KAY BUDZINSKI Kay Budzinski of Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed away peacefully at Lions Personal Care Home on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at the age of 93 years. She is survived by her sister Elsie Witteveen of St. Mary's, Ontario, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held at a later date to honour her memory.   • My deepest sympathy to the Budzinski family. My parents and Kay's parents were neighbours and friends in the early 1940's in the coMmunity of Elphinstone. Her brother Bill lived in Foxwarren where I reside. My family and the Budzinski's had a connection over the years.
