Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBRIAN CARTY Brian Carty, aged 83, passed away March 17, 2017 at South Calgary Campus Hospital. He was surrounded by his family. Brian was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Brian was predeceased by his loving wife Sylvia and daughter Sharon. His love for English football and Burnley, England, where he was born November 24, 1933, travelled with him even when he moved to Canada. Brian is survived by his two sons, Allan and Tony (Gwen), his grandchildren, Jeffery, Jennifer, Cynthia, Steven and Ian and his two great-grandchildren, Madelyn and Max. A celebration of life will be held on August 5, 2017 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Chapel Lawn Reception Center, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB. The family has asked in Brian's name for donations to be made to the Alzheimer Society www.alzheimer.mb.ca rather than flowers.
