Thorun was predeceased by her husband Odd Reidulff in December 2000. Family was very important to Thorun and after Odd passed away she moved from Winnipeg to Calgary in 2004 to be closer to her son Len and all her grandchildren. She remained in contact with her relatives in Norway and both family and good friends in Winnipeg. Thorun and Odd loved Cocoa Beach Florida and spent many years there and made many good friends. They also loved spending time in their summer cabin at Hillside Beach. Thorun had a passion for all animals. She loved all animals including dogs, chipmunks and even skunks. We are all going to miss her dearly. The family would like to thank the Bethany Care Center for all the wonderful care she received for the last couple of years as well the Rocky View Hospital for the help and support they provided. Thorun will be laid to rest beside her husband Odd at the Glenn Eden Memorial Gardens in Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, donations in Thorun's memory can be made to the Salvation Army (Grace Hospital) or the Winnipeg Humane Society. No formal funeral will be held.
