Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySHELLEY DYER (nee SENTON) June 13, 1949 - June 23, 2017 Shelley died peacefully in the presence of her sons on June 23 in Vancouver, BC. Shelley is survived by her loving sons, Matthew and Tony; her mother Lucy; her daughter-in-law Miriam; her grandson Zev; her sister Claudia's family (Judd, Jonathan and Yvette and Steven and Marnie); many dear friends and her beloved dog Stormy. She is predeceased by her father Glen. Shelley was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba to Glen and Lucy Senton. In her time, Shelley was an actress, a dental hygienist, a businesswoman, an aerobics instructor, an artist in cloth, metal, and film, a Yogi, a wife, a mother, a mother-in-law, and a grandmother. In her latter years, Shelley spent much of her time on art, her children and grandchildren, and her friends. Shelley was composed of equal parts loving, sweet soul and big heart and she will be sorely missed.

Absolutely wonderful friends loved being in her family home! Beautiful tribute in every way. Shelley was one of a kind, bright beautiful inside and out! A truly exceptional human being and dear friend. Always full of life laughter, kindness, creativity, passion and humour! Her beautiful persona will always be remembered. I was blessed to have Shelley in my life for the two years we spent together in Dental Hygiene.
