I can't begin to tell you how sorry I was to hear of Vern's passing. I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Vern for very long, but he and his lovely wife have left a lasting impression on me. I met Vern at Broadmead and thoroughly loved the stories he shared about his life, and the time he spent working for the family store. I am so thankful to have known this great man.
