THE HONOURABLE MR. WILLIAM BLAKEMAN SCARTH It is with heavy hearts we announce that the Honourable Mr. William Blakeman Scarth passed away peacefully in his home in Vancouver, BC on Wednesday, August 9, 2017. Born in Flin Flon, Manitoba, Bill had a rewarding career in the law, an adoration for classical music, with his greatest love always being his family. Bill is survived by his beloved wife Katherine, and his children: Elizabeth-Anne, Jennifer (Ryan), Andrew (Melanie) and Ian (Roxanne); and three adorable grandchildren: Desmond, Adera and Liam. Bill's ashes will be interred during a family ceremony at St. John's Anglican Cathedral in Winnipeg, MB.
