RAYMOND LESLIE FROGGATT January 16, 1940 - August 15, 2017 Raymond peacefully passed away at the Deer Lodge Centre, at the age of 77, on August 15, 2017. Ray was predeceased by his father Leslie, and mother Winnifred. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Diane; sisters Judy, Linda (Johnny) and Joanne; children Bradley (Jane), Susan (Brian), Russell, Gail (Kevin) and Joan (Jason); nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and eight nieces and nephews. Ray was born in Winnipeg and worked security at Garden City Shopping Centre for over 25 years until he retired in 2005. Ray was always proud of his service with the Fort Garry Horse Regiment. He was a long time member of the West Kildonan Legion. Ray loved playing darts, cooking, hunting, fishing, painting, drawing and writing songs, but his biggest passions were spending time at the lake, singing and playing the guitar with his best friend, Roy Anderson, and Christmas. A special thanks to Arles and the staff on T3 south at Deer Lodge Centre for their support over the years. A celebration of Ray's life will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the West Kildonan Legion.
