KAZIMIER JONSKI It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear father, grandfather, great-grandfather and husband at Seven Oaks Hospital in Winnipeg, MB, on Sunday, September 3, 2017. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his wife Marianna Alana, children: Kenny (Sarah), Stanley (Jacquie), Lily (Roland), Henry (Angie) and Theresa (Wade), his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dad was born January 12, 1931 in Sniedzanowo, Warszawa, Poland. He came to Canada in 1956. Lived and worked in the Powerview/Pine Falls area. He worked for Abitibi until his retirement in 1986. He then moved to Winnipeg with his second wife. He enjoyed his retirement till his last days at home. Unfortunately he sustained a fall that ultimately played a big part in his demise. The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and health care providers at the Seven Oaks Hospital for their care and compassion. In keeping with our dad's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at Sagkeeng Christian Fellowship Church in Sagkeeng First Nation. - My life on earth was very good, as earthly life can go, but Paradise is so much more than anyone can know - Dad we loved you dearly, and will miss you, it's not a goodbye its till we see you again
