ROSELLA (ROSE) MONTGOMERY (WILLIAMSON)
Born: Mar 15, 1948
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSELLA (ROSE) MONTGOMERY (nee WILLIAMSON) March 15, 1948 October 12, 2017 It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Rose Montgomery on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Victoria Hospital. Left to remember with love is Rose's brother Gordon (Gail); nieces Megan (Kristen, Felix and Erik) and Heather, and numerous cousins. She was predeceased by her father (Heber), her mother (Edith) and her brother (Alton). Rose was born in Minnedosa and attended school there and in Rivers. She achieved her certification as a Home Care Attendant and as a Home Support Worker from the Red River Community College. Over the years, she worked in several home care settings. Rose was a very caring person which showed in the compassionate way she related to her clients. She had a very creative side as she loved painting, ceramics, textile arts, writing and drawing. In keeping with Rose's wishes, there will be no formal service. We would like to thank Abbey and Bill at Pinewood Place and the medical staff at the Grace and Victoria Hospitals for their compassion towards Rose. In lieu of flowers, if you so wish, donations can be made to the Manitoba Cancer Society, Victoria and Grace Hospital Foundations or a charity of your choice.
