Prayers to be held on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Family Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1001 Grant Avenue. Funeral services to be held Monday, December 18, 2017 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue at 10:00 a.m., reception and private family interment to follow.
