Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRAWLEIGH CHESTER CLEMENTS Born in Sheffield Mills Station, Nova Scotia on April 11, 1923, peacefully passed away on January 4, 2018. Predeceased by his parents, Isaac William Clements and Minnie Helena Gibson; his grandson Antonio Devon Matos Clements; and son Timothy Todd Clements. He is survived by his wife Winnifred Stella Clements and children, Pat, John, Yvonne, Marilyn, Celina, Anthony, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. After 35 years, he retired from Via Rail. Service at Memorial Waves Church, 365 Furby St. January 28, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.

So sorry for the loss of Uncle RAWLEIGH. He was a Good man. He will be missed. I remember when dad died, Yvonne called me. I was talking with Uncle RAWLEIGH. He was asking who my dad was and I told him and he did remember my father. John( McGowan)Clements known to all as Jack. Rip Uncle RAWLEIGH. My heart goes out to all my Family there.
