DONNA BITTNER Donna passed away peacefully at Meadowood Manor on January 31, 2018 at the age of 94. Donna was a member of the Winnipeg Humane Society and active in their pet visitation program to Nova Vista Lodge. She also did volunteer work with Meals on Wheels and the Cancer Clinic. Always an early riser, she enjoyed delivering the Free Press for several years. At Donna's request, cremation has taken place. There will be no service. May she rest in Peace. Donna worked in the Print Shop at Macleods when I also worked there in the 70's. I remember her as being pleasant and helpful to everyone, particularly when someone new came to work in the building. She did her work diligently and quickly and went out of her way to help if someone had an unexpected deadline. A kind and gentle soul!
