Over the years Steve shared so much of his life and love of travelling. Sweet stories of his mother’s love and practicality in sending him and his brother to learn the barbering trade, the love of his life, in their dating days, ignoring his stutter until it went away...and so much more. Steve’s shop was the true Vinyl Cafe, and GM should have him in the Buick Hall of Fame. A true gentleman, he was grateful for everyone, especially Vicky. He will always be remembered with love. - Posted by: John Pelton (Friend and customer) on: Feb 26, 2018

Much more than a barber, Steve was a true artist at his profession and also a kind and considerate friend, and a most interesting raconteur. - Posted by: thomas peterson (customer and friend) on: Feb 24, 2018

Sorry to hear that Steve has passed on. Always loved his story of coming out of Sandy Lake into barbering. And we shared many reviews of driving tours to Manitoba towns. - Posted by: Glenn (A customer for many years) on: Feb 22, 2018
