So sad that she has passed. Zia had such a long, hard fought battle with cancer. I know she will be greatly missed by uncle Luigi and her sons. Along with her grandkids and her entire family. I'll always remember her kind words and reaching out to me when my father and mother passed. She was a big part of my life when I was a kid. Always cooking great meals and feeding me. She used to babysit me. As well, her and the family took me camping and fishing often. RIP Zia Lina - Posted by: Claudio Zedda (Nephew ) on: Aug 20, 2018

We are saddened to hear about Caterina's passing. We share so many fond memories in the years spent here in Winnipeg with the Zedda family. From camping at the lake to the much anticipated Sunday get togethers at the Zedda house (especially Mrs. Zedda's famous pizza and desserts!) Condolences to my Godfather Luigi and sons, Tony and Sergio. God bless. Roger Marini and Marini family. - Posted by: Marini family (Friends) on: Aug 10, 2018

Tony, our thoughts will be with you as you celebrate your mother's life tomorrow. Your tribute to her speaks of a loved wife, mother and grandmother. We have a happy memory of a home-cooked dinner in Winnipeg with you, Jack and your parents many years ago. You were giving a presentation there and I called you "two young punks" because of your youth and carefree manner. Since then you have given your Mum and Dad three precious gifts -- three lovely grandchildren. The children will certainly miss Nona. Our condolences to your father and brother. I am so sorry to hear of Caterina's passing! I worked with her for years at Peerless Garments. She was one of the loveliest ladies I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My heart goes out to the family. - Posted by: Debbie Hill (Former Co-Worker) on: Aug 09, 2018
