I am so sorry to read of my Aunty Joan’s passing. My memories of her are all happy times. It has been a couple of years since we stopped to visit her. I do remember when her and my uncle Sid met🥰. She was a great high jumper and I was a young teenager and she was 19 Hugs to all my cousins and keep safe🤗 - Posted by: Darlene Fisette (Niece) on: Nov 11, 2020

I am so sorry to hear of Joan’s passing. I’ve spent many pleasant hours with her over the years. She was a wonderful cousin and friend to my Aunt Marceta. My condolences to her family. - Posted by: Wendy Freund Siummerfield (Cousin) on: Jul 03, 2019

It was a shock when I heard of Joan's passing as I'm sure it was for all the family. Joan and I communicated via emails and I had just received and answered her not even a week before her passing. I will miss hearing from her. In her emails there was always something she would tell me that was well written and I'm sure she could have written a book. She was always asking about my health and my parents, Alf & Frances Briese. I am so glad we got together a few times to see each other. She was the only one in our family that called me "Deborah" which is my given name, instead of all other cousins calling me Debbie. I used to tell her all my funny stories of things that happened to me and she would laugh so hard she had tears in her eyes. I will miss that laugh but hold it in my memory for as long as I can. For the Wells family, sorry for your loss and cherish all her happy memories you had with her. Hugs to everyone. - Posted by: Debbie Briese (Cousin) on: Jun 16, 2019
