A graveside service was held on Friday, August 23, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue. A memorial service will also be held for Robin in McAdam, NB, on Tuesday, August 27. Time and location to follow.

ROBIN EDWARD SMITH

It is with tremendous sadness that the family of Robin Edward Smith announce his sudden passing on Friday, August 16, 2019 at his home in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Robin was born in McAdam, NB on November 12, 1966. He spent his first 13 years in Christie Ridge and the remainder of his childhood in McAdam. Robin moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba six years ago and fell in love with the province. While there, he was employed by Provincial Pole Inc. and it is here he met his partner, Susan Feasey. Robin often spoke of his love for Sue and his fondness and respect for his employers.
Along with Sue, Robin will be forever remembered by his three children, Jonathon (Erica), Miranda (Beau) and Jerome. He also leaves behind three granddaughters, Aubree, Casey and Braylen, and three sisters, Jill (Dave) Bezeau, Kelly Smith and Kathryn (Ricky) Dyer, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Jerome and Mary (nee Kelly) Smith, as well as two infant brothers, Peter and Patrick.
Robin's sense of humour, infectious laugh, and kind heart will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
There will be a graveside service on Friday, August 23, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue. All friends, family and co-workers are invited to come and bid their final goodbyes to Robin. A memorial service will also be held for Robin in McAdam, NB, on Tuesday, August 27. Time and location to follow.
