In keeping with Charles's wishes, cremation has taken place and a funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, 252 Dubuc Street, with Eulogies commencing at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Charles to The Belgian Club, phone 204-237-4263.

Met him when I was a young teen when he started dating my lifelong friend /sister Gwen...I grew up with the Snare family and therefore he inherited me ..I have so many memories of life events with he and Gwen and then their children...Charlie will always be part of my fondest memories and I hope all his children / grandchildren and family will find some comfort in the fact that Charlie and Gwen are together for eternity and that the pain of their loss will be short and loving memories be long...heartfelt condolences to all the family...love you all - Posted by: Heather (long time family friend) on: Nov 05, 2019
