LYLE JOSEPH LAVERY
April 3, 1944 November 24, 2019
In Lyle's earlier days he enjoyed curling, bowling and softball. He managed Norco Bicycle Products for many years. Upon retiring Lyle enjoyed working in his yard and befriending the wildlife. The deer, squirrels and birds were happy to feast on the food supply Lyle provided.
As per Lyles wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.
Many thanks to the homecare and health professionals for all their support.
To honour Lyle's love for animals, family and friends may make a donation in his name to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3T 0R3.

I was thinking back to the days when I was running Joe's Cycle & Sport, in Saskatoon, SK. My main contact with Norco Products was Lyle Lavery. He was such a dedicated person, always with a smile, always dressed impeccably. Very knowledgeable. Although there were very many sales professionals who called on our business it was Lyle who got my most respect. What a great loss. He always was a very private person, He didn't share much, and I really respected him. He didn't show his age at all (I am just 4 months younger than Lyle). I never had an opportunity to meet Paulette but I know how large a loss this must have been for you. I send my love. Jack Sandbrand - Posted by: Jack Sandbrand (Friend, Client) on: Aug 25, 2020

HI Paulette, I am late in sending this message but I wanted you to know that you have been in my thoughts since I learned of Lyle's illness earlier this Fall. I saw his obituary when it was in the Free Press. I am sure it has been a difficult time for you especially over the Christmas season. Feel free to get in touch with me and we can go for coffee sometime if you would like. WE are in the phone book under Bryan's name. Paulette, I am truly sorry for your loss. I remember the first time I met Lyle and told him how much I loved the name "Lyle" and he was pleasantly surprised, as he said he always thought it was too "different" a name. Your friends are all here for you my beautiful friend. We love you. - Posted by: Angie Chabot (Friend ) on: Nov 30, 2019
