(BORODITSKY)
November 18, 1937 - June 21, 2020

Lazer passed away after a brief illness, leaving a legacy of dedication to family, education and Jewish life. After marrying Leah Kolber of Israel, he taught in Medicine Hat, Portage la Prairie and Winnipeg in the 1960s. In the late 1960s, Lazer, Leah, Yaffa and Roneet settled in Israel where son Aviram was born.
Predeceased by his parents, Aaron and Sarah; brothers, Meyer and Gershon; and his beloved Leah.
Lazer's quick wit and sense of humour were in full evidence when he made a whirlwind visit to Winnipeg in 2017, reuniting with beloved family and old friends.
Lazer is survived by his children, Yaffa (Moshe), Roneet (Yitzchak) and Aviram (Orit), a large and loving family of grandchildren and great-grandchildren in the UK and Israel, his sister Malka (Zvi) Deutsch (Toronto), his younger brother Eli Boroditsky (Winnipeg), and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

We enjoyed a lifetime of friendship with the Boroditsky's senior, & knew their children & grandchildren well. May the family find comfort in the memories they share.
