NELLIE JENTZSCH
March 23, 1935 - July 12, 2020

It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden passing of our mother, Nellie Jentzsch, at the age of 85.
Predeceased by her husband Ted Jentzsch in 2001. She leaves to mourn daughters, Tracy and Candice; son Shane; grandchildren, Ashlynn (Justin), Shaneah (Nick), Jordan; and great-grandchildren, Kingston, Isabelle and Tyson, and favourite sister Helena.
Special thanks to all relatives and friends that loved her dearly. Mom was known for her overwhelming kindness to everyone she met. Other than family and friends, her passion was her animals, crosswords, phone gossip and teaching the grandchildren how to make her recipes.
Cremation has taken place. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Nana Nellie, We Love U
Nana, Nana, where'd U go?
Don't U know we love U so?
Nana, Nana are you home?
Answer the phone, are you on roam?!
Nana, Nana, is Papa glad?
I know, I know, we should not feel sad!
God has His plan, as it may be,
And we're coming home, just wait and see

Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Such great memories of Nellie, many hours of playing cards till all hours of the morning, sharing recipes, our children growing up together, etc. She was a friend who would do anything and everything possible for you. Although we lost contact in the last few years, our thoughts always returned to these good days. We spoke of her and Ted often and remembered them on their birthdays. Sincere condolences to the family, Tracey, Candice, and Shane and grandchildren. - Posted by: Harvey and Ada Vandersteen (Friends) on: Jul 21, 2020

  • Our sincerest condolences on learning of Nellie’s passing. She was a force! Mark has many fond memories of dropping in for short visits to stay in touch with Nellie and Ted and remembering you “kids” growing up near Niverville. She worked hard, displayed kindness to all, and enjoyed sharing stories especially of her times on the road with the carnival shows. She will be missed. Rest In Peace, Nellie. Your spirit will live on with your family and all those that you touched with your genuine concern! Mark and Brenda Mazur - Posted by: Brenda Mazur (Friend) on: Jul 18, 2020
