GLADYS MORRIS
(TATARYN)
Gladys was predeceased by her parents, Doris and Michael, stepfather Daniel, husband Steve, son-in-law Wayne, brother-in-law Joe, stepsister Anne, stepbrother Fr. Edward, and stepbrothers-in-law, Dan and Borden. Gladys will be lovingly remembered by her children, Marney and Glenn (Pearl), grandchildren, Rob (Dervla) and Kim (Steven), great-grandchildren, Declan, Luke and Katie, sister Florence and stepsister Jennie (Peter).
Gladys was a dedicated, longtime employee with the CIBC where she made many long lasting friendships. She was a strong, resilient person with a sense of humour and a heart of gold. Granny will always be remembered as a huge sports fan. She enjoyed watching every Jets and Bomber game and hosted a Grey Cup party every year. Her family will never forget her delicious Ukrainian cooking (especially her perogies, borscht, and cabbage rolls), spending time with her at the family cottage, and road trips to the States. Gladys enjoyed keeping in touch with lifelong friends, but nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family and watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow. She is no longer by our side, but forever in our hearts.
A private service and interment will be held.
Special thanks to Dr. Joshua and the nurses on the 5th Floor at the Grace Hospital for their kind and compassionate care. Many thanks also to the staff of Vista Park Lodge who went out of their way to brighten her days.

Gladys and I meet when we we’re working for CIBC at Richardson Building in 80’s. We became friends going for lunches and banking parties. She was always great company making happy memories. Last time we got together was at CIBC Senior Dinner and as always she was smiling and wanting to catch up and we did. Rest In Peace Gladys. Condolences to her friends and family. - Posted by: Adeline Castonguay (Friend ) on: Jul 27, 2020

I have many fond memories of our two families getting together. Gladys was a very endearing lady and added zip to any event especially if she was cooking. I tried to follow her recipe for dills BUT they were never as good as hers. I will miss her great smile and the time spent in the garden or the kitchen. Gladys, you deserve a fabulous rest.
