HIGGINS:Rosemary Elizabeth Higgins (nee McPhaden); beloved wife of Bill Higgins; of Crandall, MB; passed away at home on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 65 years of age. A family graveside service will be held at the Crandall Cemetery, Crandall, MB, on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 4:30 PM.
