KENNEDY: It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our father, grandfather and husband, David Arnold Kennedy aged 75 years on December 13, 2012 at Assiniboine Hospital in Brandon, Manitoba. Left to cherish David’s memory are his loving wife, Doreen; son, Tim and daughter-in-law, Mary-Anne and grandsons, Brandon and Kiran, along with the many family and friends he had touched. Dave was an exuberant man who always made you laugh with his many jokes and wonderful stories. You could find him out fishing, in his truck taking in the countryside or taking his chances at bingo. He was a man who believed in a honest day work. Although he had many obstacles in his life, his courage and determination to succeed will be forever be remembered. A memorial service was held on December 18, 2012 at Memories Chapel. Dave would have been thankful for your love and support you have provided the family. We leave it to Dave to say ... “ You may say your have Winter in your hair but Summer in your heart, But if you don’t put some Spring in your step, you will be here until Fall”
