FICEK: On Sunday, August 9, 2015, Joe Ficek, age 89 years, passed away at his residence. Joe will be lovingly remembered by his wife Norma; children: Rod, Jodi, Ward, Shelli, Scott, and their families. The Funeral Service will take place at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North, on Friday, August 14, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Arlene Robertson officiating. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Joe may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation for Palliative Care, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, MB R7A 2B3 or a charity of choice.
