BURNSIDE: Roy Delmar Burnside. On Oct 6, 2015 we said good-bye to Delmar Burnside, of Neepawa, MB, under a beautiful sunny prairie sky. He spent 55 years as a cattleman, most of which were while operating Burnside Charolais, and died suddenly while doing routine cattle jobs at the age of 71. He was born in Neepawa on Sept 26, 1944 and was raised in the Keyes area. He later took over the family farm and was always active in the community. He was survived by his wife Edith; children Cory (Tanya) and Susan (Ryan) Carlson; grandchildren Sophia, Aidan, Ellyanna and Evalina; siblings Wayne (Karen) Burnside and Donna (Bernard) Kreutzer; brother-in -law Lyle Carnochan and his beloved nieces and nephew. He was predeceased by his parents Ernie and Bernice Burnside, in-laws Donald and Alma Carnochan and infant sister, Louise Burnside. A Celebration of Delmars life is being held on Tues, Oct 13, 2015 at 1:00 at Arden Hall. A viewing will be held 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Neepawa.
