LOW: Dennis Low passed away peacefully with his family at his side, in the Assiniboine Centre on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at the age of 66 years. In keeping with Dennis’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. His family would like to thank the staff on A3 for all the care and support they provided Dennis these last few months.
