FRANKS: Vernon “Vern” Delmar Franks, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Vern is survived by his wife Lorna; son Jason Hainsworth and daughter Angela (Norman) Diamond; grandchildren Chloe and Waylon. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
