Jeanne Pearl Germain, age 93, of St Pierre, MB, formerly of Tolstoi, MB, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Monday, July 8, 2019.
Jeanne is survived by her six children, 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband William of 59 years, infant son Orest, son-in-law Steve Kowaliuk, granddaughter Leanne Germain and 11 brothers and sisters.
The evening prayers will be held on Thursday, July 11 at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB, with viewing starting at 7 p.m. followed by prayers at 7:30 p.m. Please join us for a time of fellowship after the service.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 12 at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Ukrainian Catholic Church in Tolstoi, MB with interment to follow at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery. Lunch to follow at the Tolstoi Hall.
Donations in memory of Jeanne may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
