Surrounded by family, Richard Edmond Joseph Gregoire, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 23, 2016, at the age of 79, at Ste. Anne Hospital, Ste. Anne, MB.
Cherishing his memory are his five children: Claude, Annette (Brian), Edmond, Philippe (Barbara) and Jo-Hanne, his eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents Alma and Edmond and his siblings Louise and Gerard.
He was a loving and dedicated father and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with friends especially the Villa north end gang. He was an avid bike rider, participated in many social activities and a devoted Catholic.
He will be missed by all who knew him. Special thanks to Sister Rioux and Sister Vermette for their on-going support and prayers. Also, special thanks to the nurses and doctors at the Ste. Anne Hospital for their wonderful care.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
Funeral arrangements are pending with Birchwood Funeral Chapel.
