1941-2014
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Horace on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at the age of 73 years. Horace was born on April 22, 1941 to Michael and Anna Lischinski.
He is survived by: sons Darren, Curtis, and Sheldon; brothers Michael, Frank (Cynthia), and Roy (Virginia), and their children; friend and partner of 27 years, Grace Zurba; and Grace's children Bev, Blaine (Sheri), Brenda (Gordie), six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral service for Horace will take place on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Drive, Steinbach, MB. Viewing will take place prior to the service. Burial will take place at Sarto Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, following the service.
Donations may be made in Horace's memory to: Canadian Cancer Society-Manitoba Division.
