LEO HENRI TRUDEAU
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our father Léo Henri Trudeau on Feb 11, 2014 at the age of 75 years old.
He was predeceased by his parents Paul on Feb 19, 1992 and Regina on Jan 06, 1999, also 2 sisters, Lucille on Jan 14, 2006 and Jeanette on June 3,2008.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children whom he loved relentlessly. Nicole ( Garry ), Michel ( Terry ), Lise ( Glen ), Paul ( Nancy ), Luc ( Jamie ).
Léo also leaves to mourn 2 brothers, Louis ( Edmonde ), Jean-Paul ( Sharon ) and numerous nieces and nephews. 7 Grand-children, Janèle ( Marcus ), Marc ( Kelsey ), Ashley, Danielle, Megan, Sean and Ryan. 4 Great grand-daughters, Rebecca, Emily, Madeleine, Noelle, and one great grand-son Parker.
Dad was born on March 8, 1938 in St. Boniface. Growing up in Richer, MB. Dad married and moved to Ste.Anne in 1958 to start his family. Dad had numerous ability’s, he worked in the logging industry, Carpentry, Plumbing and heating, Security. Dad was well known for his left hand curve ball, Wrestling, his passion for photography “ Waltz Studio Steinbach “, where he took numerous wedding and hockey pictures. In his later years, he turned his passion towards computers and electronics, producing many CD’s and picture’s and door signs for his many friends at la Villa Youville.
In accordance with Leo’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private Ceremony and burial of his ashes will take place at a later date.
The family would like to express its sincere gratitude to the entire staff of the Ste-Anne Hospital for their excellent care and kindness. Also many thanks to relatives and friends for their kindness and support during dad`s last days. Special thanks and appreciation to Sister Rioux, and sister Vermette and father Levesque for their prayers, visits songs and comfort.
We`ll always remember you dad for the insuperable love you always gave to your family, always there when we needed you. We`ll miss you beyond words, see you in heaven, for we shall be together again. There will always be a heartache, and often a silent tear, but always precious memories of when you were here.
