CATHERINE FRANCES MITCHELL
October 3, 1942 - December 19, 2020
A strong woman of faith, Cathy joins in heaven her husband Jim, parents, Mel and Helen Gallagher, and infant daughter Susan.
Cathy leaves behind her sons, Greg (Crystal), Doug and David; her much adored grandchildren, Bryden, Michelle, Sophie, Chloe; sisters, Margie (Gary), Ruthy (Rod) and her nieces and their families.
After beating breast cancer, Cathy began a struggle with dementia, and most recently COVID-19. In the end Cathy died peacefully in her sleep at the Victoria Hospital.
Special thanks to Raechelle, Evelyn and Maria for their extraordinary kindness.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to CancerCare Manitoba. No service will be held at this time, and cremation has taken place.
