Remaining to cherish his memory are his wife Monique, their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Joseph worked for the City of Winnipeg (Parks and Recreation) from 1981 until his retirement at age 65.
There will be a collection of donations for Kateri Catholic Church in Joseph's name. All donations are welcomed and appreciated.
Due to Covid-19 regulations a private wake service and funeral service will be held.

I have not seen Joe for a while but remember him as a very friendly person and particularly in Sandy Bay as teenagers , we go back a long way and he always greeted me and had always a good visit together will miss knowing that you are around, my condolences to the family - Posted by: Done Genaille (Childhood friend) on: Feb 25, 2021
