RAYMOND J. WIEBE

Raymond J. Wiebe passed suddenly on April 12, 2021 at the St. Boniface Hospital.
Ray was predeceased by his parents, Joan (1997) and John (2009) Wiebe. Ray will be remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close personal friends. Ray spent over 40 years in the automotive industry at Furby Motors and Auto Parts Central.
Ray's favourite pastime was going for rides on his motorcycle with the popular destination of Lockport. Ray spent a majority of his off hours with neighbours, and enjoyed taking care of their dogs as he no longer had his own.
We would like to thank his coworkers at Autoparts Central and the staff at the St. Boniface hospital for all of their support.
Due to Covid-19, there will be a live stream funeral on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. There will be a link on the Glen Lawn Memorial Website. There will also be a viewing for up to 25 people on Wednesday, April 21 at 11:00 a.m. A funeral will be held for 25 people the same day at 1:30 p.m. with a viewing for these people prior to the funeral starting at 1:00 p.m. Please contact Marianne Wiebe 204-471-0388 if you wish to attend either. • To the Wiebe family, I’ve known Ray since Furby Motors merged with APC. He was dedicated to his work at Wall Street, and in lighter moments, enjoyed teasing us. He was well-liked by all, and will be greatly missed! Sincerely, Fred Kelbert - Posted by: Fred Kelbert (Co-worker at Auto Parts Central) on: Apr 17, 2021
